About me

I am a 19-year-old Sydney-based competition-winning and semi-professional photographer. I started pursuing photography as a hobby in 2018. Since then, I have won multiple photography competitions, most notably 'Postcards of Gungahlin' where my winning photo, Peeping Kangaroo, was added to the Canberra Museum and Gallery's historical collections. I've also won the 'Sydney Children's Hospital 2023 Photo Finish Digital Photo Competition' with my photo Autumn Morning.

I have worked with several businesses, including John Fluevog Shoes and Alex The Pizza Guy and sold photos to the ABC.

My story

I lived most of my childhood in New Zealand but moved to Canberra, Australia when I was 14 years old and then moved to Sydney in 2023. I found great joy in photography at a young age but only began doing it as a serious hobby back in 2018. I have used photography as a form of escape due to having poor health from life-limiting medical conditions. I never let my health stop me from achieving my goals. I will soon begin a university course in photography as I transition my photography passion into a full-time and successful career.
