PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice.

Despite my best efforts and proofreading, a tiny number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct pricing is validated and confirmed when your order is placed and processed.

If shipping costs are higher than paid, I will try my best to cover the difference, however in cases where there is a significant difference I reserve the right to contact you and invoice the difference. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Images may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without express written permission from Thomas Dyne Photography.

Returns Policy

I pride myself on delivering high-quality prints. I ensure this by doing quality control checks before shipping it out to you. Because of that, all purchases are final. We are unable to accept exchanges/swaps or refunds for change of mind.

If your order has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing thomasdynephotos@gmail.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

To process your claim we will require a photo of the original packing including the print, and a receipt or proof of purchase.
